We build platforms,
then run them

How we got here

We did not start as an agency looking for work. We started by building KRIDAXA, a booking marketplace for sport, because the problem was in front of us and nothing available solved it properly.

Building it meant solving the unglamorous half: holding a slot correctly when two people tap at once, applying a cancellation policy the customer was shown in advance, numbering invoices in a regulated sequence, and producing payouts that reconcile at the end of a month.

That is the experience we now offer other people. Not a deck about marketplaces, but a platform that is live and the scars that came with it.

What we are after

Make discovery, booking and daily operations effortless for the businesses that run on them — starting with sport, extending into fitness, wellness and training. The goal is to be the layer nobody notices, because it works.

How we work

1. Learn the rules first Before any screen gets designed, we write down how pricing, refunds, cancellations and payouts are actually supposed to behave. Most booking projects fail here, not in the UI.
2. Model the domain once Those rules live in one place in the API, not duplicated across a web app and a mobile app that will drift apart within a quarter.
3. Ship a thin slice end to end One real booking, paid for, invoiced and settled, before breadth. A feature that cannot complete the money path is not done.
4. Then run it We operate what we build. It is a different standard of care from handing over a repository and leaving.
